EKUN Logistics held a "5S + 3-Constant Management" training session to improve work efficiency and ensure product quality through standardized site management.

To create a clean, orderly, and comfortable work environment and enhance the efficiency of site and office management, EKUN held a "5S + 3-Constant Management" training session on September 13.

5S Training Scene 1

I. Building Cognition

Operations Director Sun Jiqin, drawing on over 20 years of experience and observations from Japan, explained the core of 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and the specific steps for "3-Constant Management."

Director Sun combined theory with actual cases from EKUN's warehouses and offices, detailing the skill requirements and implementation steps.

A classroom test followed the session. Vice GM Xue Yingchun emphasized that 5S is a long-term process, encouraging everyone to participate in management improvements and setting clear expectations for the future.
