Symbiosis and Progressive Accumulation — 2020 Annual Summary Meeting Successfully Held

EKUN's 2020 summary meeting was held as scheduled. Vice General Manager Xue Yingchun summarized the work achievements of 2020 and detailed the 2021 work plan based on the core focus of "Internal-External Symbiosis and Progressive Accumulation."

During the meeting, Zhuang Min received a five-year service ring, and Yu Jinchuan received a ten-year Tissot watch. A photo montage looked back on their shared journey at EKUN.

Chairman Cui delivered a speech, providing an in-depth interpretation of the work focus through the "Three Circles of EKUN." He noted that 2020 was a testing time for everyone due to the pandemic. Thanks to market opportunities, years of foundational management, and the efforts of every employee, EKUN withstood the challenge and maintained a positive development trend.

EKUN's integration with customers and customer stickiness continue to improve. Facing a changing external environment, EKUN must adhere to "Internal-External Symbiosis and Progressive Accumulation." While keeping the inner circle mission unchanged, we must bridge the middle circle's differentiated product implementation with the outer circle's customer needs and various environmental factors, enhancing our ability to respond quickly to risks and opportunities. By improving organizational learning, we will achieve symbiosis between internal and external, cognition and action, and continuously accumulate the "middle circle" way of doing things.
