EKUN Logistics held its 2025 planning meeting, focusing on "Maintaining Focus, Sustaining Innovation, and Effective Action."
On February 9, the EKUN Logistics 2025 Planning and Mobilization Meeting was held successfully.
I. Comprehensive Deployment and Clear Direction
Vice General Manager Xue Yingchun outlined the comprehensive work plan for the year, covering safety, marketing, system improvement, IT construction, branding, compliance, and human resources. The plan aligns with the annual focus of "Maintaining Strategic Focus and Sustaining Innovation."
II. Three Keywords: Focus, Innovation, Action
Chairman Cui shared management insights centered on three themes:
- Focus: Solidifying the "Logistics Butler" positioning and strengthening organizational mental strength through continuous process improvement.
- Innovation: Exploring the integration of AI with hardware and WMS, while expanding into new bonded business areas to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Action: Converting cognition into results by ensuring every task is "done right and without error" through rigorous training.
The meeting signals a strong start for the year. Every EKUN employee will move forward steadily to forge EKUN's identity as a vibrant and innovative logistics leader in the Qingdao FTZ.
