Externally, we must follow trends in technology, policy, and markets with urgency and initiative, identifying and seizing opportunities for application.

Build Inward, Consolidate Foundations, and Adapt with Time. The more volatile the external environment, the more we need to consolidate our management foundation. This is the prerequisite for innovation. Strategically, we remain committed to bonded logistics and our mission as a trusted butler. Tactically, we will enhance process capabilities and accumulate success factors. Externally, we will actively innovate services and products, such as bonded ship supply.
