In the past year, despite the impact of the pandemic and a challenging external economic environment, EKUN has sought innovation through consolidation, focused on progression through innovation, and achieved cyclic improvement. We continue to practice the butler character of "Stability, Safety, Trust, Persistence, Efficiency, Convenience, Intelligence, and Innovation," earning praise from our customers!
I. Consolidating and Innovating Management Results, Enhancing Butler Competency
EKUN has fulfilled its primary responsibility for production safety, conducted regular hazard inspections, and organized emergency drills to strengthen safety awareness and response capabilities. We actively participated in the "Safety + Technology + Insurance" IoT smart security project, innovating safety technology and improving essential safety management.
By optimizing small details such as equipment buzzers and forklift warning lights, we ensure the safety of operations and personnel. We continue to pass the integrated management system certification and drive fine management. Based on customer needs, we innovated automated container bulk bagging equipment to provide efficient logistics for international supply chains.
II. Being Proactive and Taking Action to Accumulate Success Factors
This Year of the Rabbit marks the beginning of the post-pandemic era, a milestone for the economy, the logistics industry, and enterprises. EKUN must take active "action."
Externally, be proactive and act according to circumstances. We will actively collect customer needs at service touchpoints, develop integrated service products, and convert them into internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while tracking service indicators and customer satisfaction.
Internally, leverage departmental synergy and employee initiative. We adhere to being "task-centered," ensuring everything is done right according to standard processes. We will optimize "service theater" practices to make services not only reliable but also tangible. We will also focus on retraining to align task standards with human capabilities.
