Building High-Efficiency Teams and Enhancing Butler Competency — EKUN 2023 Semi-Annual Meeting

On July 22, 2023, EKUN Logistics successfully held its semi-annual work summary meeting.

I. Firm Mission: Optimizing Methods and Creating Results

The first agenda item was the semi-annual work summary presented by Vice General Manager Xue Yingchun. In the first half of the year, EKUN centered on its mission as a "Logistics Butler Customers Can Trust," successfully achieving its integrated management objectives across operations, safety, marketing, information technology, hardware, brand building, and human resources. Ms. Xue also outlined the key tasks for the second half of the year.

II. Efficient Time Management: Fostering Professionalism and Organizational Beauty

The second agenda item was a specialized training on "Efficient Time Management" conducted by Chairman Cui. This course was meticulously developed by EKUN's internal trainers based on the core competency of "proactivity."

Chairman Cui referenced Maslow's hierarchy of needs, noting that a large part of life's happiness comes from one's career. Managing a career effectively means managing time effectively. The training clarified the "Path" of time management—self-management—and covered Why (value), What (cognition), and How (efficiency). Tools such as the efficiency triangle, circles of influence vs. concern, the time management matrix, and Gantt charts were used to elaborate on the "Methods." By focusing on correct principles and developing high-efficiency habits, everyone can truly improve their time management skills.
